Customer materials

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit app packages, metadata, configuration details, messages, and other materials to RiskFront Lab Inc. You should not submit credentials, secrets, or regulated content unless an approved secure process has been established.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the website or services to attack, disrupt, or compromise third-party systems.
• Do not submit app packages that you do not own or have authority to test.
• Do not attempt to bypass service security controls or access another customer's materials.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, company, or authority to request a mobile app review.

Security outcomes

Mobile runtime protection can reduce specific risks, but it is not a replacement for secure product design, backend controls, mobile security testing, account protection, monitoring, or incident response. Customers remain responsible for their own applications, systems, users, and regulatory obligations.

Intellectual property

RiskFront Lab Inc. retains ownership of its website, software, documentation, designs, workflows, and service materials. Customers retain ownership of their submitted app packages and customer materials, subject to the rights needed for RiskFront Lab Inc. to provide the requested services.

Third-party services

The services may connect with customer-approved tools such as build systems, storage providers, support tools, messaging systems, security platforms, or analytics systems. Third-party tools are governed by their own terms and customer configurations.

Disclaimers

The website and any general information are provided for informational purposes. Service commitments, warranties, support levels, and liability terms must be stated in a signed agreement or order form to apply.
